Simplify Automation ("we," "us," "our") builds and operates customer follow-up and messaging systems for small businesses. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.

Information we collect
We collect information in two ways.
Directly from you. If you contact us through our website, by email, or by phone, we collect your name, email address, phone number, business name, and anything else you choose to tell us.
On behalf of our clients. We build messaging and follow-up systems that our business clients use with their own customers. In doing that, we process contact information those clients already hold, which may include names, phone numbers, email addresses, and records of prior communication. That information belongs to our client. We process it only to operate the system we built for them, and we do not use it for any purpose of our own.
How we use information
- To respond to questions and provide the services you asked for
- To build, run, and maintain messaging and automation systems for our clients
- To send appointment confirmations, follow-up messages, and service updates
- To meet legal, tax, and regulatory obligations
Text messaging and mobile information
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Mobile information collected for text messaging is used only to deliver the messages you consented to receive.
We may share phone numbers with our messaging service providers solely to deliver messages on our behalf or on behalf of our clients. Those providers are contractually restricted from using the information for any other purpose.
Consent to receive text messages is collected directly from you, either verbally during a phone call or through a form you submit. We do not purchase, rent, or use third-party lists for messaging.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages after that. Reply HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.
Who we share information with
We share information only with service providers that help us operate, such as messaging platforms, customer relationship management software, email providers, and payment processors. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect our legal rights.
How long we keep it
We keep information for as long as needed to provide our services and to meet legal obligations. Information we process for a client is retained according to that client's instructions and is returned or deleted when our work for them ends.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, including access controls and encrypted connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Your choices
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you. Email jadon@helpmesimplify.com and we will respond within a reasonable time. If we process your information on behalf of one of our clients, we will refer your request to that client.
Children
Our services are not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top reflects the most recent version.
